Elisha has worked with individuals, couples, families and groups on issues such as:

  • Interpersonal relationships: Learn and practice effective techniques for communication, conflict resolution, assertiveness, establishing healthy boundaries, improving on and building more satisfying relationships, including marriage, parent-child relationships (including adult children who wish to improve relationships within their family of origin), sibling relationships, friendships, or any significant relationships.
  • Logotherapy: Lacking a sense of purpose or meaning in life can lead to depression, anxiety, and other difficulties. Therapy can help you make changes necessary to live a more intentional, and therefore satisfying life.
  • Anger management: Elisha provides cognitive behavioral therapy that can improve a person’s ability to manage not only anger, but also other painful or unpleasant emotions, and to effectively change unwanted behaviors.
  • Anxiety management: This includes treatment for generalized anxiety disorder (chronic pervasive worry), panic attacks, panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and other anxiety disorders.
